Job Summary:
As a Valuation Surveyor, you will be responsible for inspecting properties, conducting market surveys, preparing valuation reports, documenting value trends, as well as maintaining an asset register.
Responsibilities/Duties:

Performing market surveys for properties
Compiling and maintaining an asset register
Conducting property inspections
Conduct property valuations using recognized methodologies and industry standards.
Analyze market trends and property data to provide accurate and timely valuations reports.
Prepare detailed valuation reports for a variety of property types.
Collaborate with clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders to gather relevant information.
Stay updated on industry regulations and market developments.
Provide expert advice on property values and investment decisions.

Educational Requirements:

Possession of at least a Higher National Diploma (HND) or Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in Estate Management.

Professional Qualifications:
Candidates must hold at least 1 recognized professional certifications such as:

National Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV)
Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON)
Registered Surveyor and Valuer (RSV)
Associate, Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (ANIVS)

ICT Requirement:

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
Proficiency in using specialized surveying solutions.
