Reporting to: Sales & Marketing Manager Job
Our client, a registered company in Kenya that deals with selling and after sales service of IT Products is looking to hire a competent Sales Executive for the Mombasa Branch.
Key Roles & Responsibilities

Aggressively sourcing for new clients.
Following up with clients to ensure satisfaction with the service given. 
Meet and exceed sales targets through developing effective strategies to increase sales volumes.
Maintain existing clients by continuously furnishing them with current information on new products.
Maintain all clients through proactive communication with the client and ensuring that all queries, complains are promptly attended to.
Conducting market research on the competitors and market dynamics and advising the management.
Build awareness about the product and educate customers on product usage.
Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
Report on all sales activities by submission of weekly report to your supervisor.

Key Qualifications

Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Sales & Marketing.
Above 3 years of experience in sales and marketing.
Work experience in ICT sector is an added advantage.
Digital Marketing skills will be an added advantage.
