To grow the portfolio of the branch month on month while maintaining high portfolio quality through a motivated team and satisfied customers.

Develop and implement strategies for the achievement of the portfolio quality target.
Develop a business marketing plan and sales strategy that ensures attainment of the agreed individual, team and business unit sales target and expansion of the client base.
Oversee and manage the recruitment of the required sales team as per set targets.
Develop and implement staff retention strategies.
To maintain high standards of customer satisfaction in line with the company’s customer service charter.
To chair the loan committee, sit in the disbursement meeting and ensure all the loan documentation is in the file and the necessary lending processes are adhered to.
To recruit, onboard, retain, train and coach new and existing staff at the branch on all processes to grow and maintain a good quality portfolio.
Performance management; inform/engage, remediation plan and action, documentation and staff appraisal to ensure continuous performance improvement for all branch staff.
