Position: Operations/ Admin Support Consultant

Position Summary:
The Operations/Admin Support Consultant will provide admin and operations support to the team in the implementation and documentation of program activities
Key Responsibilities
Admin/ Operations role:

Support actualization of a functional working environment for Pact by ensuring maintenance of facility, office equipment such as generator etc.


 Provide admin and logistics support for workshops, travels, and activities


Support data entry, proper documentation and filing of project materials.


Liaise with vendors on behalf of Pact including requests for petty cash.
Submit store count report and request for items to be replenished
Support maintenance of inventory list
Any other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

Secondary School Education (minimum requirement)

Any additional Certificate in relevant field will be an advantage

Strong organizational skills with ability to track multiple activities and deadlines.
Experience in providing administrative and operations support to work teams.
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
