Hello
There’s no reminder in our work system for one particularly tricky operation, and I completely forgot about it last month.
My boss believes it was my fault, but when I’m overwhelmed with tasks, it’s simply impossible to remember everything.
Who do you think is to blame?

  • It’s understandable that mistakes happen when there’s no system support — both the workload and lack of reminders contributed to the issue.

  • Keep a Calendar....All bosses expectations are high, Until you have your own Company...

  • I would not place blame, but give your boss solutions to the problem. Find a way to add a way for reminders to be in place. Offer solutions and be... that person that creates something to help everyone involved. more

  • As a director i would say both. When you knew you were overwhelmed you should create task lists/reminders. However its also your bosses fault for... not implementing a system for something that is important. Personally I believe, as a boss, that my job is to help give my employees what they need to succeed. It is your bosses job to help you come up wkth solutions, not just point out problems more
