Requirements:


5+ years of experience in transport operations management
Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices
Proficiency in transportation management systems (TMS) and GPS tracking
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field


Responsibilities:


Manage daily transportation operations, including route planning and scheduling
Supervise transport team, including drivers, dispatchers, and maintenance staff
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., safety standards, licensing)
Monitor and optimize fleet utilization, capacity, and performance
