Key Responsibilities:


Oversee warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
Drive execution of warehouse supply chain strategy and optimize space utilization and inventory management.
Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Quality, and Environmental standards across all operations.
Implement and monitor warehouse security, equipment maintenance, and risk management processes.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse performance and reduce operational costs.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely dispatch, quality control, and stock management.
Manage warehouse budget, cost control, and financial reporting to meet business targets.
Develop team capability through coaching, training, and succession planning.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
Support sustainability initiatives and compliance with regulatory requirements.
