Job Summary;
The position holder will lead a team of professionals dedicated to delivering Inspection and Valuation services to our customers across the country with an objective of achieving the strategic goals of the department.
Minimum job requirements: 

Degree or Diploma in Automotive or mechanical Engineering or its equivalent.
A Bachelor’s degree in a Business-related field.
At least 8 years’ experience in a reputable organization, with 2 years in leadership position.
Business Development experience will be an added advantage.
Innovative manager able to cultivate an innovative culture to drive the strategy.
ICT Savy with good understanding of ERP systems.
Excellent people, relationship management and Entrepreneurial skills.
A professional with high degree of integrity.
Hands on experience in running a similar field will be an added advantage.
