Support implementation of delegated project portfolio according to plan of action.
Prepare and develop status reports as required by management.
Promote and share ideas for improvement of project delivery.
Ensure proper filing of documents and project records.
Conduct regular monitoring and provide feedback to improve programme quality.
Ensure youth safeguarding, inclusion, and feedback mechanisms are integrated.
Represent NRC in coordination meetings with youth-led structures and partners.
Ensure visibility and accountability standards are adhered to in youth programming.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the line manager
