Job Summary: 
We are actively searching for a highly skilled and seasoned professional to take on the role of Senior Special Assistant to the Managing Partner in an esteemed Real Estate Management organization. In this critical position, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination, effective communication, and successful execution of strategic initiatives within the organization.
Responsibilities/Duties:

Manage and address all Facilities Management (FM) and Real Estate findings originating from branches.
Provide comprehensive technical and administrative support, including actively participating in the marketing of new business opportunities.
Coordinate and oversee special projects as assigned by the Managing Partner.
Conduct market research and provide insightful analysis to support decision-making processes.
Provide knowledge on emerging valuation methodologies and trends
Facilitate effective communication within the organization and with external partners.
Act as a liaison between the Managing Partner and department heads, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Collaborate with other executive assistants to streamline organizational processes.

Educational Requirements:

Possession of a Bachelor's degree (B.Sc.) in Estate Management.
A Master's degree (M.Sc./MBA) in Facilities Management or Finance will be an added advantage.

Professional Qualifications:
Candidates must hold at least 1 recognized professional certifications such as:

Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON)
Certified International Workplace Facilities Manager (CIWFM).
Facility Management Professional (FMP)

ICT Requirement:

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
Proficiency in using specialized Property Management Software for tasks such as lease administration, rent collection, and maintenance tracking.
Awareness of IoT technologies for monitoring and managing property facilities and systems in real-time.
