Responsibilities

Represent corporate and individual client interests and execute instructions diligently.
Research and draft various types of legal documents, such as court processes, contracts/agreements/proposal reviews.
Liaise with government agencies in the execution of clients’ instructions.
Advise clients on matters of law and evidence and the strength of their case.
Undertake legal research into relevant points of law.
Write opinions, and advise solicitors and other professionals.
Understand and interpret the law.
Master and manage legal briefs.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Law
Must have 5-7 years of cognate experience
Experience in Drafting, Negotiating, and Reviewing legal documents
Must possess good Interpersonal, Communication, and Public Speaking skills.
