Job Description:

Assist in managing daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any logistical issues.
Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure seamless execution of logistics processes.
Support inventory management activities, including stock checks, replenishments, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Assist in preparing and maintaining shipping documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and delivery notes.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for the transportation of goods.
Analyze logistical challenges and provide solutions to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
Assist in the preparation of logistics performance reports, including cost analysis and delivery performance metrics.
Maintain effective communication with all relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution of tasks.
Provide general administrative support to the logistics team as required.
Create and maintain documentations relative to the logistics and operations duties
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Qualification:

Must have a BSc. in Engineering, Logistics, Transport Management with a minimum of 2:1 Grade.
1 -2 years experience from any industry.
Project Management experience is a plus, but not mandatory

Strong analytical and writing skills
Strong presentation skills with advanced use of Microsoft PowerPoint and other presentation tools.
Advanced skills in other Microsoft Office applications, Excel, Word, Outlook, Knowledge of Project Management tools.

N120k - N150k monthly netpay
