Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will (but is not limited to):

Oversee daily business and administrative operations and improve operating procedures for optimal efficiency.
Work together with key participants to compile the budget.
Evaluate and enhance the efficiency of internal and external operational processes.
Lead and motivate staff to achieve sales and organizational objectives.
Oversee the recruitment process to attract the best candidates and reduce employee turnover.
Mentor and inspire employees to key into the vision of management.
Establish policies that improve and promote the company vision and culture.
Evaluate company performance and recommend strategies to improve results.
Drive the company’s operational abilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention, and company goals.
Regulate company costs, and introduce strategic initiatives to address losses. 

Requirement:

Bachelor's degree or Master’s in business administration or relevant disciplines.
The role requires extensive experience across diverse departments.
5 years of proven work experience in a senior management position.
Proven track record of managing complex budgets and financial records successfully.
Experience in ethical leadership.
