As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients while driving business growth through proactive client engagement and credit solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, identifying client needs and providing tailored financial solutions that align with their goals and strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:


Acquire, manage, and grow a portfolio of individual and corporate clients.
Develop and execute strategies to deepen client relationships, cross-sell products, and achieve sales targets.
Identify clients' financial needs and recommend appropriate credit and financial solutions 
Conduct client meetings and presentations to provide financial advice and updates on products and services.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with credit analysts, product teams, and operations to deliver seamless services to clients.
Monitor clients’ credit utilization and repayment behaviors to proactively manage credit risk.
Keep up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare regular reports on client activities, sales performance, and market feedback.
Support compliance and adhere strictly to internal policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory requirements.


Requirements & Qualifications:


Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or business development within the financial service sector.
Proven track record of achieving sales and portfolio growth targets.
Strong understanding of credit products, financial analysis, and lending processes.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
