What I would like to know is, How do Transformational leadership behaviours influence employees motivation?

  • Organizations often take on the personality of its leader. A transformational leader changes (hopefully improves) their organization (transformation)... and empowers/encourages the same at all levels (leader). This could be positive motivation to new employees, employees wanting to ‘climb the ladder’ and change-minded employees. For seasoned employees, those that may be closer to the end of their career or those that have become accustomed to the status quo, the motivation could be negative.
