We are seeking an experienced and competent Human Resources Business Partner with a deep understanding of Human Resources best practices to join our dynamic team.

The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for driving all HR-related activities forward and ensuring their alignment with organisational goals.

Responsibilities:


Act as the primary HR liaison for assigned clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored HR solutions.
Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and retention strategies.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
Develop and implement HR strategies that align with client objectives and industry trends.
Lead training and development initiatives to ensure workforce capability.
Optimise talent management processes for operational efficiency and consistency
Maintain the organisational structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new business opportunities.
Stay updated on trends in employment legislation and best practices in talent management
Perform other related duties as assigned by the Managing Partner.


Person Specification:


Minimum of a Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
3-5 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager, or related role within Management Consulting
Membership in at least one relevant professional body is required
