Key Responsibilities:

Timely processing and payment of supplier invoices and project-related expenses.
Ensuring timely filing and payment of statutory deductions i.e PAYE, NHIF, NSSF and Housing Levy.
Ensuring timely filing and payment of taxes i.e VAT, Withholding Tax and Withholding VAT.
Handling utility payments in a timely manner.
Generating invoices.
Generating payout statements and invoices for homeowners.

Qualifications:

Must have a relevant bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics or Finance or any other related Field with CPA or ACCA qualification.
Must have 3 years and above working experience.
Must be Proficient in Quickbooks & Excel.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
