We are looking for a result-driven Sales and Business Development Officers who will play a key role in expanding our customer base, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:


Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, lead generation, and networking.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.
Collaborate with product and operations teams to deliver client feedback and improve services.
Represent Geeza Tech at industry events, networking opportunities, and partner engagements.
Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to management.


Requirements


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
1–3 years experience in sales, business development, or a similar role (preferably in the Travel sector).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines.
Strong understanding of financial products, markets, and digital services.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital sales platforms.
Goal-oriented with a proven record of hitting or exceeding targets.
