Job Summary:

Leads the credit and recovery team to ensure effective loan administration, monitoring, and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:


Evaluate loan applications and creditworthiness of clients.
Conduct pre- and post-disbursement follow-ups.
Ensure monthly disbursement targets and recoveries are met.


Requirements:


Bachelor's Degree or HND in related fields.
1–5 years of relevant work experience.
