Role Overview:


Ensure AEMT quality through comprehensive manual and automated testing. Seniors lead test  strategy; Mid QAs execute test plans and scripts.


Key Responsibilities:


Test Strategy & Planning: Define test scope, entry/exit criteria, and risk-based test  plans.
Test Case Development: Write detailed manual test cases and automated scripts  (Selenium, JUnit).
Test Execution & Reporting: Execute tests, log defects in JIRA, produce daily and  weekly test status reports.
Performance & Security Testing: Coordinate with DevOps trun load, stress, and  vulnerability tests; ensure SLAs are met.
Regression Automation: Build and maintain automated regression suites; integrate int CI/CD pipelines.


Qualifications & Experience:


Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related.


Experience:


Senior: 5+ years in software QA, including automation and performance testing.
Mid: 3+ years in QA roles.
Tools: Selenium WebDriver, TestRail, Postman, JMeter, security scanning tools.
Soft Skills: Meticulous attention tdetail, analytical mindset, clear reporting.
