Job Summary:

Tro-Vest Capital Partners is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth clients (Minimum CABAL/AUM of N100M). You'll identify new business opportunities, provide exceptional customer service, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:


Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Provide tailored financial solutions to meet client needs
Achieve sales targets and revenue growth
Conduct client needs analysis and provide recommendations
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service


Requirements:


3+ years of experience in relationship management or sales
Strong understanding of financial products and services
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of meeting sales targets
Relevant degree (e.g., Business, Finance, Marketing)
