Key Responsibilities:

To recruit a team of Financial Advisers
To ensure and maintain levels of productivity
To develop various business segments
To train Financial Planners
To uphold the brand image and ensure compliance with all internal as well as external regulations

Profile:

Graduate with 3-5 years of relevant sales experience, BSC, HND

Critical Competencies:

Good Communication and team building Skills
Training and motivation capabilities
Must have managed a team
Measures of success: Achievement of sales targets and others parameters, retention of Financial Planners
