Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


Oversee day-to-day procurement of agro-produce from suppliers, ensuring quality, compliance, and price competitiveness.
Coordinate logistics and transportation of agro-produce to and from storage facilities and client locations.
Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accurate tracking and timely replenishment.
Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and warehouse teams for seamless operations.
Track and report on supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements throughout the supply chain.
Assist in the implementation of systems to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Support in the preparation of supply chain and operational reports for management review.


Job Requirements

Key Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in supply chain, preferably within agro-produce handling, FMCG, or trading sectors.
Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, inventory management, and supplier management.
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with supply chain software/ERPs is an added advantage.
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
