The job holder will be responsible for the development and management of operational marketing plan and to oversee the executing and implementation of the various efforts associated with the plan, including the evaluating of the results of various marketing campaigns, the spearheading of market research efforts and the coordination of initiatives across a variety of channels.

Development, execute and evaluate the company’s marketing strategy. This includes:
Collaborating with the Head of Marketing, Marketing Department and other
departments
Positioning, identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go- to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
Preparing proposals  for  and/or  guiding  and  assisting  the  business  in  the development, implementation and evaluation of specific plans/ programmes, ensuring that these align with the company’s over-arching strategy, identity and corporate relations strategy.
Ensuring that all marketing strategies adhere to the marketing code of good practice.
Present ideas and  final  deliverables  to  internal  and  external  teams,  and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
