JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Business Development Officer will identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and expand the customer base for the Tracking Department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Solely responsible for bringing business to the tracking department.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Identify potential clients and partners.
Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Promote tracking services to potential clients.
Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional materials
Conduct regular business reviews.
Open to trainings to acquire knowledge on tracking

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 2years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
Proven track record of sales success.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently.
