REQUIREMENTS:· 

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, with a proven track record in managing HR functions.
Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals.
Strong understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and best practices in HR management.
Proven ability to manage employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and talent development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with employees at all levels and address HR issues.
Must be tech savvy.
