We are duly registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC), Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV), International Right of Way Association (IRWA), International Facility Management Association (IFMA), International Real Estate Federation (FIABCI)and certified by the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board Of Nigeria (ESVARBON) to practice as Estate Surveyors and Valuers throughout the Federation Of Nigeria.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Assistant to join our reputable real estate consultancy firm. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our operation in the development and implementation of effective marketing strategies to promote our services and increase our brand awareness.

Responsibilities:

1. To source Property/Asset Valuation Briefs from partner banks / corporate organizations.
2. Collaborate with external vendors and agencies for project sourcing and execution.
3. To proffer creative ideas on how to position the company for strategic real estate consultancy opportunities.
4. Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and marketing best practices to suggest innovative ideas and approaches.

Requirements:

- HND / BSC/ Master's Degree in relevant business courses or real estate.
- Minimum of 1 -5 years experience in real estate, banking, or related industry
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good Command of the English Language and ability to write professionally.
- Proficient in the use of relevant software and technology.
- Preferences will be given to candidates with First Class /Distinction / Second Class Upper / Upper Credit.

Work Environment:

The Marketing Assistant will work primarily in an office setting but will be required to visit clients' offices and properties.
