Job Summary:

We seek a trustworthy and proactive Personal Assistant to work closely with our CEO, primarily from the CEO’s residence. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting, be proficient in Microsoft Excel, possess excellent organizational skills, and be capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must also have a valid driver’s license, a strong sense of discretion, and the ability to think independently. Preference will be given to candidates residing around Ikeja, Lagos.

Key Responsibilities:


Assist the CEO with daily tasks, scheduling, and personal errands.
Record and organize financial transactions using accounting principles and Excel spreadsheets.
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
Drive the CEO to appointments, meetings, and other engagements as required.
Handle correspondence, phone calls, and communication on behalf of the CEO.
Coordinate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Manage personal and professional schedules, including travel arrangements.
Perform other administrative and organizational tasks as needed.


Requirements:


Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
Strong accounting knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Reside in or around Ikeja, Lagos.
Ability to think on your feet and handle tasks with minimal supervision.
