Responsibilities: 
Maintain financial records, post journal entries and close the books in Quickbooks (QuickBooks will be taught if there is no experience - but the program is only in English)

Create financial models for making key decisions in google sheets

Conduct financial analysis in Qlik and in google sheets

Analyze budget and actual performance, lead departmental budgets

Create tasks for payments in crypto and fiat currencies

Communicate with legal and marketing department

Evaluate effectiveness of marketing efforts

Perform treasury duties and transact with cash, as needed

Perform monthly reconciliations and communication with payment service providers and banks (in English)

Prepare documents and communicate with ФОПы  (10% of the time)


Requirements:
Degree in accounting / auditing

Minimum 4 years of experience in accounting

Knowledge of the basics of accounting (debits / credits / journal entries) 

Experience in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting  PL, BS, cash flow

Experience in preparing documentation for audits using international standards

Confident user of Google Sheets / excel (complex formulas, pivot tables)

Intermediate English, not lower

Ability to independently, under deadlines

Superior communication skills


Terms 
Work schedule:  from 9-18 Kyiv time / willingness to be in touch at other agreed-upon hours, as needed
Subordination to the corporate controller
Trial period - 3 months
