Job Summary
• Perform financial support including recording, reporting, filing and reconciling financial transactions in line with approved policies and guidelines
Job Responsibilities
• Input entries into General Ledger and all system accounts in line with approved standards and guidelines • Report any unusual balances in the General Ledger / Cash book • Update accounts payable / receivable systems in line with approved accounting policies and guidelines • Reconcile ledgers on monthly basis • Collect budget inputs / data from departments for the preparation of the annual budget • Prepare variance analysis of revenue and expenditure against approved budget as directed • Maintain professional relationships with financial institutions, regulatory agencies and other stakeholders in the area of financial management • Stay abreast with legislations, rules / regulations and international best practices in financial management • Participate in stocktaking, stocking checking and stock auditing activities • Undertake reconciliation of physical stocks and submit findings to superior officer
Qualification Required & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance • 2 years of relevant working experience in related role
