Key Responsibilities:


Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls with professionalism and efficiency.
Provide accurate product information, advice, and after-sales support.
Manage and resolve customer complaints calmly and effectively.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the online sales and dispatch teams to ensure smooth order processing.
Follow call scripts and company guidelines to maintain service standards.


Requirements:


Proven experience in a call centre or professional customer service environment (e.g., telecom, banking, e-commerce).
Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills (clear, friendly, and professional tone).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
High level of integrity, patience, and a customer-first attitude.
Training in Customer Service, Communication, or a related field is an added advantage.
