Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration. At least 1 year experience in the same field.

Job Must Have

Confidentiality: Maintaining confidentiality and handling information discreetly. Problem-Solving Abilities: Should be able to address employee inquiries, resolve minor issues and assist in finding solutions to various HR-related challenges. Computer Proficiency: Proficiency in using office software like Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required. Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is a plus. Time Management: The ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively is crucial in handling various HR tasks within deadlines. Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members, addressing employee concerns and building positive relationships. Adaptability: Being adaptable and flexible to handle evolving tasks and situations. Basic Knowledge of Employment Laws: Familiarity with basic employment laws and regulations to ensure that HR practices are compliant and fair. Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service skills are valuable in providing assistance and support to customers. Learning Attitude: An eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field.
