I have been doing the same thing for four years at my current job , and am thinking to look for another job to improve myself.
Am i about to do wrong thing, because am filling guilty within me.
All because the managers have been good to me but i also need to upgrade myself in life. What should i do.

It's noble to feel loyal to those who've treated you well. Gratitude is a sign of character, and the fact that you're wrestling with this shows you... value relationships. But growth doesn’t mean betrayal—it means honoring your potential.
Your desire to upgrade yourself is valid. We weren’t meant to stand still. The managers who’ve supported you likely did so to help you flourish, not stay confined. Sometimes, the greatest tribute to those who helped us is to take the next step they prepared us for.
You’re not doing the wrong thing. You’re answering the quiet voice inside that knows you’re meant for more. And if you choose to move on with respect and honesty, you won’t be burning bridges—you’ll be building new ones, founded on integrity.
So reflect, plan, and when the time feels right, step forward boldly. There’s no guilt in growth.
🌟 You’re allowed to evolve. You’re allowed to shine.
