Summary:

We are looking for a results-oriented Community Sales Manager to lead sales growth of PV and energy storage products by directly engaging with local communities, expanding brand influence and driving customer acquisition.

The ideal candidate should have community sales experience in industries such as solar and inverters, community electricity meters, telecommunications, fintech or microfinance.

Main Responsibilities:

Community Engagement and Sales Growth: 


Work with the community to install and operate BLUEWAVE pure water machines to provide high-quality and affordable drinking purified water to the community and families.
Promote home PV and energy storage systems in the community to help families and communities solve short-term electricity energy problems.


Brand Awareness and Customer Education:


Organize community events, promotions and outreach activities to educate potential customers and increase BLUEWAVE brand awareness.


Sales Target Achievement:


Monitor and track sales performance to ensure that revenue targets are met or exceeded.
Partner Development: Build relationships with local leaders, associations and influencers to increase market penetration.


Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related majors.
3+ years of community sales experience in renewable energy, FMCG, telecommunications, fintech or microfinance.
Preferred to candidates with StarTimes experience.
Possess rich community resources and interpersonal skills, and have a deep understanding of grassroots sales
