Job Summary

Our client is looking for a good Secretary who provides adequate and effective administrative support

Job Responsibilities

Provides administrative support
Coordinates and schedules meetings and appointments.
Prepares agendas and minutes for meetings, conferences, and other assigned events; takes and distributes minutes or other notes as requested.
Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
Welcomes and directs visitors.
Answers and transfers phone calls.
Performs other general clerical and secretarial duties as requested, which may include record-keeping, managing petty cash, maintaining office supplies, and handling packages and correspondence.

Requirements and Skills

Minimum of OND or HND required
3-5 years experience as a Secretary
Good communication skills.
Attention to details
Excellent usage of the Microsoft office suites.
Basic understanding of office equipment.
Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as recordkeeping and filing.
Ability to work independently and reliably
