The position holder will support revenue growth and operational excellence in our Driving School Department. He/she will analyze performance data, track revenue targets, manage payments and reconciliations, and ensure smooth administrative operations across branches.


Key Responsibilities:


Monitor and report on departmental performance (revenue, student success rates, vehicle utilization)
Conduct financial and data reconciliations for projects and payments.
Manage E-Agent and bulk payments for special projects, including PDL, TDB, and IDL transactions in TIMS accounts.
Provide timely administrative and operational support to branches and clients.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including NTSA and other authorities.
Maintain accurate data, records, and vehicle inventory.
Conduct market research and recommend product or service improvements.


Qualifications & experience


Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, finance or related field.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and statistical software (SPSS)
At least 3 years of experience in a similar or related role, with 1 year of data analysis experience.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data, identify trends, and prepare actionable reports.
