Job Description

Excellent Client Relationship Management Skills
Handle customer flight requests and make reservations promptly
Handle Local and International Hotel requests
Advise clients properly on all available options for competitive fares, best routes, airline rules, etc
Corporate Account Management
Check daily queues and manifests
Ticket issuance, reissue
Any other assigned duties

Requirements

4 years and above experience in a reputable travel management company
