Key Skills & Qualifications:


Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
Professional certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is required.
Additional training in ICT governance, systems integration, or cybersecurity is an added advantage.
Minimum 5 years’ experience in ICT project management, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong knowledge of ICT systems, network infrastructure, ERP platforms, and software development lifecycles.
Proven proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Asana).
Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, budgeting, and team coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple high-impact projects concurrently under strict timelines.


Key Competencies


Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of ICT projects involving ERP systems, infrastructure, and digital solutions.
Develop project strategies, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation frameworks aligned with business objectives.
Coordinate and supervise internal project teams, vendors, and consultants.
Ensure adherence to ICT governance, cybersecurity policies, and compliance with Kenya’s Data Protection Act.
Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), post-implementation reviews, and documentation.
Provide regular reports to senior management on project progress, KPIs, risks, and outcomes.
Promote knowledge sharing and adoption of new systems across departments.
