Academic Qualification

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, and Accounting or its equivalents from a recognized institution. An MBA will be an added advantage.

Professional Qualification

CPA/ACCA or its equivalent from a recognized institution

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of insurance industry experienceSkills and Attributes
Knowledge of applicable regulations including IRA, KRA, CMA, IASB IFRSs, and IFRS 17
