A reputable rural bank in the Ashanti Region is seeking to employ qualified persons as Susu Monitors for the bank.
Job Duties
• Conduct routine field monitoring of all activities of marketing clerks • Reconciliation of susu customers passbook • Recover susu loans by ensuring that marketing clerks collect the scheduled contributions from customers • Initiate and support marketing clerks in prospecting for new clients • Ensuring that marketing clerks meet their targets • Promote the susu and other products of the bank • Prepare reports on all activities of Marketing Clerks based on Key performance indicators (KPIs). • Manage susu customers by ensuring that their complaints are addressed promptly
Qualification Required & Experience
• A good first and must have worked in a similar role for at least 3 years • Professional qualification in a relevant field is an added advantage

• Good oral and written communication skills • Good team player • Ability to work under pressure. • Fair knowledge in emerging IT trends and Business solutions • Ability to work long/flexible hours • High degree of confidentiality • Must pay attention for details • Must be a person of integrity, with high moral character • Good report writing skills • Good IT skills • Must be analytical and results-oriented • Strong drive for monitoring, recovery and filed activities
