Manage the issuance of purchase orders and ensure all vendor invoices are properly received, matched, and approved.
Review all APs and related financial transactions for sufficient, appropriate support documentation before payment, as per standard processes and procedures.
Perform monthly supplier reconciliations for at least the top 50 suppliers by value and manage supplier contracts.
