The Information Technology Manager monitor and maintain the computer systems and networks of the Organization, he also provides technical support to the business,maintains the computer networks of all types, providing technical support and ensuring the whole company runs smoothly. He monitors and maintains the company computer systems, installs and configures hardware and software and solves technical problems diagnosing hardware, software and applications problems, with a view to solving it either over the phone or in person. Applications support specialist network management, software development and database administration.


Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.
Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Providing technical support across the company and or group wide (this may be in person or over the phone)
Setting up accounts for new users
Repairing, replacing and purchase of equipment as necessary across the Group.
Liaise with internet service provider to make payments and ensure there is uninterrupted internet connection.
Testing new technology
Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.
