Guilty of failing to see the positives.

I agree. In my oppinion as your last employee
-gave you a job for some time,
-you got paid, so you could pay for your bills /at least some of... them/
-at least sometimes you felt yourself useful
-you got to know new people
-maybe you did something new
-you were sometimes worse and they saw it with patience /I hope/
-maybe you knew there the new things you can do this job
-you learnt about yourself new things
it is not a correct thing to be in bad oppinion about your last job.
