  • You made the right decision, at least for your mental health. I too left such a toxic station when I was losing it all healthwise. I had an... alternative plan, though before I left.
    Kindly don't regret a single moment, just focus on what else you can do to stabilise your finances. Find a business or a farming opportunity.

    I have stuck out really toxic situations.
    I do not regret it. I have always left head held high , with good references . No matter... what it took. You cannot, simply cannot jepordise your future career opportunities for the sake of people with no scruples, no idea how to manage and how to support. You leave when you are good and ready. more

  • However “toxic” it is, it’s never wise to leave without something else lined up. Was there not an HR department you could have talked to.
