We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director (MD) in both professional and personal responsibilities. This is a hands-on role requiring flexibility, trustworthiness, and a polished presence. The PA will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the MD’s personal and professional duties.


Assist the MD in managing daily schedules, appointments, and reminders.
Oversee household operations, including coordinating with house staff, vendors, and service providers.
Assist with personal errands, shopping, and household procurement.
Maintain an inventory of supplies and manage household budgets if required.
Ensure home and office environments are well-organized and presentable
Manage files, receipts, and records for personal and household matters.
Help with expense tracking, petty cash handling, and minor budgeting.
Maintain basic records of vendors, service providers, and contact lists. Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and documentation.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the CEO.


Qualification/ Experience


Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience.
Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and work hard.
Discretion and trustworthiness in handling private matters.
Flexibility with working hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.
Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Suite.
