Job Description

The incumbent will assist in marketing their services and assist in achieving their organizational goals.
Identify and explore new markets
Analyze current and past financial data and provide strategies to cut costs and increase revenue
Lead the charge on market research plans to identify new opportunities
Work with executives to implement marketing strategies and new opportunities
Encourage new and existing clients by creating and improving proposals
Ensure that the company meets revenue targets
Develop and pitchideas for potential investors.

Requirements

BSc. Degree in Marketing or any related discipline
Must have at least 2 years of cognate experience
Must understand the insurance market
Must possess good communication and interpersonal skill
Not more than 30 years of age.
