Lead the design and engineering of off-grid, on-grid, and hybrid solar systems, including battery storage solutions.
Conduct detailed site assessments, energy audits, and feasibility studies.
Develop comprehensive proposals including technical specifications, bill of materials (BOM), and cost estimates.
Supervise installation teams to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with design standards.
Collaborate with sales and project teams to develop client-specific energy solutions.
Provide technical support for pre-sales and after-sales client engagements.
Ensure compliance with local electrical and building codes, as well as industry best practices.
Review and validate system performance data and recommend performance optimization strategies.
Train and mentor junior engineers and technicians.


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
5+ years of hands-on experience in solar PV design, installation, and system integration.
Proficiency in PVsyst, AutoCAD, Helioscope, and other design software.
Strong knowledge of inverters, batteries (Li-ion, LFP), charge controllers, and solar panels.
Certification in solar design and installation (e.g., SEI, NABCEP, or equivalent) is a strong advantage.
Excellent project management, communication, and team leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
