Duties and Responsibilities

Take delivery of all incoming materials and reconcile with purchase orders
Track, document, and resolve any discrepancies on received orders
Ensure accuracy of the facility’s inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns
Assist in the handling of freight, the movement of equipment, and minor repairs
Perform regular maintenance checks on facilities , equipment and installation, stated by team lead, to ensure proper and good working condition.
Assist in installation work on various client sites
Support in moving furniture and equipment in and out of the store room
Ensure that all allocated equipment, furniture and materials are stored safely and securely in order to prevent unauthorized access and potential accidents/misuse.
Ensure that all refuse is disposed of promptly and stored away from the main building.

Requirements

Minimum of OND qualification
Experience in store keeping and management is an added advantage
Have basic knowledge of fixing things
Warm personality with strong communication skills
Ability to work well under limited supervision.
Must be smart and agile.
