The Front Desk Executive / Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and staff. The role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing all front desk activities, and supporting administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:


Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
Manage the front desk by receiving incoming calls, emails, and messages, and directing them appropriately
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area with all necessary materials (brochures, forms, stationery)
Register and log all visitors, issuing visitor tags and ensuring compliance with security procedures
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, parcels, letters)
Maintain appointment calendars and meeting room schedules
Assist with basic clerical duties including data entry, 
Coordinate internal communication across departments where necessary
Ensure office rules, guest policies, and visitor protocols are followed.


Requirements & Qualifications:


Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field
Proven experience (minimum 3–6 years) in a similar role preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong customer service orientation and friendly demeanor
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain professionalism under pressure
Good dress sense and a confident, welcoming presence
