JOB DESCRIPTION
• Investigates and reconciles any discrepancies in files. • Answers phone; screens calls; responds to any enquiries or transfers call to appropriate office or individual; composes correspondence in response to inquiries. • Maintains library of any reference material needed to ensure accurate coding. • Files material into proper location. • Assists with other work processing or other tasks as needed • Organizes documents; prepares and codes data for entry into computer system. • Enters data into system via on-line terminals and other data entry devices; verifies for accuracy and completeness.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• 1 year work experience • Excellent typing abilities. • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities. • The ability to manage and process high volumes of data accurately. • Good understanding of databases and digital and paper filing systems. • Knowledge of administrative and clerical operations. • Keen eye for detail and the ability to concentrate for extended periods. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • HND or degree
